Is this similar to Super Mario Crossover?

Anyway, it's 170 megabytes, so there's no way I'm waiting for that!

think along the same lines as crossover, but with much, much more

and tons and tons of levels

I'm just getting started and the Mario/Duke Nuke'm combo is really interesting, as well as Mario/Master Chief crossover, etc.

lots of interesting quirks and later on comes Sonic as playable character, MegaMan, Zero, Bub (Bubble Bobble), etc., etc., etc.

graphics feel ripped right out of their counter-parts and gives that perfect nostalgia

great level designs, old and new levels (I was just playing through a level of Super Wario Land 1, with Mario and the Mario/Master-Chief suit, with Super Mario World graphics)

using Xpadder in conjunction with a 360controller, works splendid

Looks pretty neat, I'll have to check it out when I get some spare time.

I was going to come in on my soap-box saying, "It's great that homebrewers are developing new games, but do they really need to borrow from IPs, no less overused IPs?" Then I watched the video. That's pretty incredible. If the stage design and gameplay are as impressive as the creativity, that could be amazing.

Fixed that. I don't mixing sprites sometimes, like in supermario crossover, because most games in 8 bit style mesh better. But with 16 bit, when sprites became bigger and more colorful and there was more differentiation in the art styles, it doesn't work so well.

I just found out about this. So I guess I'll bump this post instead of making a new one. It looks great. I installed version 0.2 though and it looks like there is a 0.4 now with a lot more stuff. I need to play that instead.
