Ghouls and Ghosts
I beat Ghouls and Ghosts! One sitting, several hours, many continues, no save states. I'm tired, sleep now.

From memory on what I read (and not having played any), I'd say the SNES version. Because it's different from the arcade one. The ones that are "straight" ports of the arcade are probably strictly inferior to the arcade, so the SNES one being different sidetracks that problem and is unique among console versions.RadarScope1 wrote:Kudos, dude.
What do you guys think is the best console version of the game?
Does that make sense?

I haven't played any other versions than the Genesis one so I can't really say. But Super Ghouls and Ghosts on the SNES is really a different game. I've been trying to beat it but it's far harder than Ghouls and Ghosts. Double jumping often kills you and Arthur can't shoot downward.Ivo wrote:From memory on what I read (and not having played any), I'd say the SNES version. Because it's different from the arcade one.
