Hopefully this offer isn't too good to be true. Some guy is selling a two slot for $250. I'll have the money soon and its only two hours away. What do you guys think? What should be my first game i buy (besides the two it comes with)?

$250 is a reasonable price if its in decent shape. Of all the cabs I find, the NeoGeo is one of the most common -- the two slots being the dominate form. I wouldn't pay much more than that for one, however.

Why not just get a 120-in-1 cart and call it a day?

Getting a multicart almost seems to defeat the point of getting a Neo Geo. Almost. You will have the cab, of course.
