I was seriously underwhelmed by Microsoft's showing. There was only one real "surprise" announcement, and it was the slim 360 at the last minute of the show. The rest was just hipsters and family minigames. It was nothing short of a disaster.

Cant say I am super excited - remakes are usually letdowns, and I am more excited that Wii64 runs Goldeneye, but it is a day one purchase for me.

Was that Microsoft's full press event? E3 has been officially slated to start on the 15th, so Microsoft went a full day early. It's awfully odd that they skimmed over so many of their major titles. Perhaps they thought that Kinect needed all the help it could get.
