I think I remember reading something about an upcoming remake for WiiWare or DsiWare.

Brings back memories of a 7th grade teacher taking all of the fun out of Oregon Trail by making us write down every.... single....... turn...... in a notebook for a passing grade. The class was called "Careers", I guess he was preparing some of us for a lifetime of monotonous employment.
