Our EarthBound Zero NES Cartridge

Just wanted to show the cartridge for the EarthBound Zero NES game that I created. I just recently played and beat it. The wife made the label for it.

What size punch did your wife use to do the rounded corners?!

Jeffro, this is the wife.....I did it free hand. I saved the template in case I had to do it again

You mentioned a template.. What template did you use? Would you share how
you cut them? It would help me out a lot.

WClem's wife here. Funny you should ask....I used the old "rubbing" technique. I used a thin piece of paper, bigger than the label area, and taped it to the cartridge to hold it in place. a pencil to "rub" around the edges of the label boundries. The result was a perfect outline of the label cavity. I then used scissors to cut out the template from the rubbing, just inside the line. I straightened out the lines with a small paper cutter, careful to keep the edges perpendicular, then I rounded the edges with the scissors. They were not perfect, but I kept checking the template against the cavity to be sure it looked good and that it fit. Then I bought the sticker at the craft store in the scrapbook section, taped the template on the oposite side and cut it out. I snipped the corners for a perfect fit.
