Any big games have those annoying things making the place sound like a beehive.

I really can't believe South Korea beat Greece. But, since I wasn't able to watch the game, I'll wait for the resident Greek's opinion on the matter. Everyone seems to think Greece was horrible.

Today wasn't perhaps Greece's best game. South Korea came out offensive and Greece clearly had trouble getting to South Korea's PK box.

About the Argentina game, I thought it was about even. If Nigeria would have had better aim, they could've tied the match. Well time to watch USA vs England :D

They're called vuvuzelas. A lot of people wanted to ban them (and at one time they were actually banned from stadiums), but FIFA decided to lift it because it would allow for a more authentic African football experience. Go figure.

I read that more tickets were bought by people from the US than any other country except for SA. Maybe soccer is getting more popular.

I think they are worried about being two aggressive out of the box. Remember if your player gets a red card they are out the next game aswell (or did they do away with that rule). So better to play safe in the pool then really break out in the next round.
