Sweet Jeebus!
I think I know which character will be banned from tournaments!
It's not overly powerful, an average player might get two or three hits during this time in a duel; since it takes some effort to actually catch the opponent. If anyone is overpowered as a whole in this game it'll be Meta-Knight.
