I need help compiling this code for VJ but I haven't done anything of the sort for many many years I totally forgot how to do it. I tried looking it up but clear instructions are hard to come by it seems.

I haven't used SVN in a while, but I think it's just:

svn co URL

Then just run 'make'.

If you have all the build dependencies it should just build. Looks like you're going to need Cygwin or Mingw if you're doing this on Windows.

See it's too much trouble for me to gather said dependencies just to compile one EXE. Hopefully someone with the necessary kit does me a favour!

If you ran a real OS, you'd already have the build-deps. Apparently, it's not a straightforward compile in any case. I found a fairly recent compiled version available here. Looks like the current SVN is mostly broken.
