Eh, that's really a matter of taste.

Honestly, It's just no contest that the Wii has the most retro and that the PS3 has the least. However, who has the best retro, I'd say it's just the opposite. Again though, that's a matter of taste. I seem to be one of the few that actually enjoys new things with old flavors.

using that line of thinking, I'd say that the Wii's Virtual Console utilizes the Classic Controller, which is based on the SNES controller -- still my favorite pad of all time.

Even though i voted Wii i think my hacked PSP is my most retro console. I play most of my retro games on the go with my psp and it's mostly just for retro. I haven't played a PSP game in a year maybe?

There are 2 ways to answer this question:

1. Which console has the most new retro-styled games?
and
2. Which console has the most retro games?

I think both of these would be the Wii, but I will leave it up to debate.

I think with the 40meg size limitations of WiiWare there are and it is more likely in the future for retro-like new games.
For the retro games, I don't know enough about PSN vs 360 Live vs Virtual Console.
