The Unibios is by far the best mod a person can get for a Neo-Geo MVS, but the utility is limited a bit on a AES. Mostly region switching and enabling cheats. There's an RGB bypass (since the way it handles the RGB by default degrades the quality), as well as things like component video, S-video, and enabling stereo.
