Some unhealthy food is delicious, some is not. I'd rather have a meal of grilled salmon and asparagus than anything mcdonald's sells. The important thing to remember is portion control. It's a lot easier to eat a smaller portion than it is to burn those calories off later.

I love salt. Pretzel salt. I don't know why it tastes different from regular salt, it just does. When I go to auntie anne's pretzels I tell them I want the whole top of the pretzel coated in salt. They say "we'll have to redip it in butter to do that", I say go for it. Mmm. . .
