But still, it does seem interesting. Maybe it's a port of Mario 64, SOMEHOW. Since it has the Mario 64 DS artwork on the front. Though the only thing that would suck is if you bought it and it turned out to be a freeware ROM hack of some sort.
I wouldn't mind if it was a rom hack cart. I'd just be pissed if it was a bootleg of say SMB3 or something that I probably already own in it's legit cart form. Y'know?

If it were say less the $10, I probably would have already bought it blindly. But I was hoping someone could tell me either way since it was a little pricier...
