Gradius Galaxies looks good but I was upset about the slowness.
R-Type III is another really good looking game that I felt suffered from really crappy controls. I definitely prefer R-Type I & II on GB (or R-Type DX on GBC).
Gunstar Super Heroes has some incredible graphics. That's for sure.
