I have a dreamcast steering wheel, so I'll be playing along.

Oooh I'll be playing this for sure. I'll be going between Outrun 2006 on xbox, the Genesis port, and I'll probably mame the arcade version. I had no idea there was a gba version, I'll have to give that a go sometime as well.

I wouldn't have guessed you were an Out Run fan. :)

The GBA version is part of the Sega Arcade Classics cart. It's damn good.

I don't know why, but I really got attached to this game and series.

I initially played the game just because I loved the song Magical Sound Shower so much. The visuals are so charming and the gameplay so addictive that I just kept playing it. I've only played the original on emulators though. From what I understand, the Saturn version was arcade perfect so I hope to pick that one up at some point. Coast2Coast is awesome as well. It's basically the same game with updated visuals and new goals.

Oh, just bought OutRun 2006 on Direct2Drive. Fortunate coincidence.

Huh I was playing the GBA Version earlier today. How weird. I have it on the Dreamcast and Genesis so I could play those intermittently through out the month.
