Where can i find a sega saturn mod chip?

Where can i find a sega saturn modchip i search everywhere and i cannot find.

I was hoping to have some more by now, but it now looks like I will have some early next week.

I depends on how you interpret the law, especially considering the recent DMCA revisions for older computer/console hardware...
