Komodo Buckshot - Any good?

Post by bladerunner »

Anyone here have any experience with this thing? I am looking at getting a Wii for the rails shooters plus a few other titles. In all honesty, the rail shooters are the only things that draw me to the Wii.

Anyway, the Komodo Buckshot looks badass. Anyone here have it and like it? Any other Wii gun shells recommended?

A lot of people slag off the Wii Zapper, but it is actually fairly decent, I bought 2 chinese knock-offs for 1.50 a piece, even for knock offs they are great. They are not worth what Ninty asks for but a knockoff at 1.50 is perfect.

And I got it recommended here

Don't worry I am not going to go we have thread for that.

I own the buckshot, the weight is a double edged sword. I imported the Hand Cannon. I have both and I would recommend the hand cannon.

It is a good size and weight. I am adult and I like my toy guns to reflect that.

Rail shooters I own and recommend HotD 2 &3 (if you don't own the originals otherwise not worth rebuying), HotD Overkill (short and easy but hilarious and fun), Dead Space Extraction (you can't use any shell on this only wiimote and nunchuck), and Link's Crossbow Training (don't bother taking the wii zapper out of the box). I liked using the Hand Cannon the most on all these games except HotD Overkill just because you need a ridiculous light gun for this ridiculous game.

I appreciate it. I did a cursory search for "Komodo Buckshot" so I thought I was safe.

Is that hand cannon that good? About how many clams will that set me back?

Appreciate the help.

A little cheaper than I bought mine (paid like $30 shipped).

Any controller that lets you shoot at House of the Dead Zombies on a HD is well worth it!

Especially one that has the feel of that sawed off shotgun! 8)
