Mario Land 2

not even close to beating the original (Mario Land 1), but it was a fun ride nonetheless

but only level(s) I truly enjoyed were those in space, the rest felt so-so

I didn't find *everything*, since I'm not much of a purist when it comes to Mario games, but I don't find a reason to play this again

it was nice that Wario was the main-boss, since I'm moving onto Mario Land 3 - Wario Land and starting the Wario games, to find out what all the fuzz is about =)

Lost Planet 2 on Xbox 360 was fun for online multi-player but the story was not as compelling as original.

Battle Bears: Zombies on the iPod touch :)

Before that it was Resident Evil: Degeneration on the iPod touch and GTA Chinatown wars on the DS.

Just finished Metroid: Zero Mission. It never ceases to amaze me how difficult Metroid games can be sometimes. I know some people speed run through them still getting 100% items and I am impressed. I do feel like, for the first time, I felt the weakness of the controls on the Dingoo. It was incredibly hard to shinespark as switching quickly from a direction to down usually resulted in me losing the charge. Still, pretty neat game.

After finishing Metroid: Zero Mission, I decided to go back and beat the original Metroid. This game is tough, I forgot how hard it is and that's the reason I never beat it, by myself, to begin with. Taking both games together, Zero Mission was a nice throwback to the original game - the levels are very similar with some that are exact, like Thebes after suffering the effects of aging. Very cool! I think I'll start a Metroid marathon while I am waiting to obtain the remaining Zelda games I have left to play.

That's great! The original Wario Land is one of my favorite platformers. It plays like a hybrid of Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3. Plus it feel genuinely fun being the bad guy.

Just finished Metroid II: Return of Samus. Pretty clever game and a great follow up to the hugely successful original. A much better sequel to Metroid than Zelda II is to LOZ. Not too challenging, more exploration with scattered battles with the different Metroids. By the end, I was sort of overly excited for the next game to be over. Especially since Super Metroid is up next and that seems to be everyone's favorite.

wait are you saying you had trouble with the first Mario Land?

Wario World is going to make you happy -- but personally, I think Wario Land II is pretty bad. Is it just me?

Completely? That would be Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy. I gained 100% in it on Monday.

Last game I beat was Gungrave. I discovered my old save was on the final level Monday night.
