Version 0.11 has been released, but it only supports a few games so don't expect this to be the portable DOSBox. It requires a bit of tinkering to get it working but it's all explained on the site.
I can't imagine this being particularly usable. Unless you could map WASD to the D-pad, it would be hard to play your Wolfensteins, Duke Nukem 3Ds, and Dooms.

One tip if you haven't played Wasteland before. Ammo is finite. Once you buy out all the shops, it's gone. So work on your physical skills and save the ammo for tough fights. I wish someone had told me that, heh.
Looking at the compatibility list, I'm pretty impressed that they can run EMS games since the DS doesn't have an MMU. It would probably be a bit much to expect any protected mode games to be supported.
AmishSamurai, there's a lot more to DOS than first person shooters. Supporting Master of Orion is awesome. Civ1 would be great too. Pretty much any DOS game from the 80s will run in real mode which should be supportable on the DS. Old DOS rpgs are good candidates, as well as Sierra adventure games (esp with the touch screen keyboard).
Unfortunately, the DS's screen resolution is a bit small. Even CGA games tend to use 320x200, which will need to be scaled down to 240x192 for the DS. How much this matters depends on the game.
