What do you think of the new left side search "Everything Link" taking away screen estate to search hits? I personally hate it. You can go back to the older Google without the side bar by deleting cookies and blocking cookies in Firefox from Google.com. May end up losing some Google functions including Google earth and your Google account access. Now I have to figure out how to block that silly Everything side bar in Safari without blocking cookies from Racketboy. Its somewhere in the Preferences - Security section.
GOOGLE PLEASE GET RID OF THIS USELESS FEATURE!

GOOGLE WEB TV
Sony unveiled their new built in Internet ready TV featuring Google TV. Idea is seamless integration of TV viewing and web browsing on the big screen. This has been done before, remember the old Magnavox Web TV set top boxes? Failed because of monthly charges, fuzzy text on a 480i screen and perhaps too soon for the public. Now that HDTV with VGA capability is the norm, will Web TV finally make it? An integrated HDTV is a big investment. Sony also has a plug in module for Google TV. Right now one can surf HDTV Internet using, current Gen consoles, a laptop or maybe the Mac Mini (My Goal) without an additional charge utilizing one's own existing Web service which for lot of users is their current TV cable provider.
Maybe your local cable company will join this band wagon, might be a good thing. Right now I have COX which has "On Demand" which allows viewing of shows when you want. Internet is available through cable so might be fully Integrated to cable TV box in the future. I give it a year, invest your stocks accordingly.

"Set Top" Module to make your flat screen not so flat.

The failed first attempt, will Google TV succeed?
