How hard is it to just make one page with every title for the system on it and check boxes next to each? What frustrates me on these sites is that they either require manual input or limit each screen to 25 or 50 titles, so you are constantly going page by page. It's just annoying and I refuse to spend hours inputting something that should take considerably less time.

I'd also like to see VGPC put a system together (or integrate with one of these sites) so that you can track the approx. value of your collection as well...

When I interviewed JJ for the podcast a few months back he suggested this was an idea he was kicking around. I know he pops in here on occasion - so if you see this JJ, any news?

I haven't gone to either site, but the answer to that question is likely to give you more pages to see ads. This is the same reason that most larger sites with articles give you 2 paragraphs per page and give you 10 pages to click through. You're using their content for free, so they expect you to look at a bunch of ads.

Agree, online record keeping is ridiculous, aside from gaining that search of related cover and screen shot pics.

The work is all the Data entry. Online sites would be slower, plus now you are leashed to Internet to review your data base.

Why not do it offline with Excel? Data entry would go quickly as you can type without flash bogging you down.
