A retail 360 exclusive. According to Famitsu the game will have

• A single-player mission mode
• Co-operative play for boss fights
• Two-on-two "Leadership Org Battles" online
• The option to split the screen four ways so multiple people can play online from one console

More info will likely be divulged at the upcoming E3 event.

I never played the arcade original, but as I understand it the gameplay is slowed down and simplified a bit from OT. So I'm a little cautious about this. If it turns out well, though, I hope it leads to an affordable twin stick for the 360.

If it's $100-ish I'd consider it affordable for such a niche product.

It's a port of an arcade game. VO Force was originally in the arcade, then got adapated for a home release as VO Marz, which dropped the 2 on 2 battles (iirc).

Hmmm. I guess I've just never had the good fortune of seeing it then.

Heck if I could get two for around $200 I would do it. Dreamcast or 360.

Same here, few games gave me that crazed I'm an airplane jockey feel.
Virtua On was one of them, I know its a Mech game but loved wrapping those Flight Stick Controls!
