BOA rage....
For the past two years I've tried dealing with Bank of America's shit, I really have. Now today I check my online statement to see $20 missing, but that's not the only thing. I have two checking accounts (a regular one, and a student one) and a savings account, my student checking account is COMPLETELY GONE. It wasn't overdrafted or anything, but I find it weird that my whole checkings account is gone without any sort of notification. I checked my account after the bank has closed, so I have to wait until tomorrow if I have time, to contact the bank. Does anyone know why they would do this bullshit?

Rule #1: DON'T. BANK. ONLINE.
It's just common sense man. Also, it probably/guaranteed wasn't the bank, but some sort or keylogging worm or trojan on your machine that gave someone the info.

Don't assume too much information about the situation. Not banking online is not common sense, rather your opinion on the matter.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Rule #1: DON'T. BANK. ONLINE.

I've heard problems about Bank of America, but I have no doubt they'll resolve your problems. Most banks are very good about sorting out any money issues and fraudulent usage if that indeed turns out to be the case.

I agree that they can solve the case, and in most cases my money returns after the processing is complete, but my main concern is why they would take away my account without any notification? *Sign* the 3 hour phone call is gonna suck...molotovwars wrote:Don't assume too much information about the situation. Is bank of america really that bad? People speak of them like the spawn of pure evil.

Now now, I've met Satan, and he's not in the banking industry.Kid Dracula wrote:They're Satan themselves...yomomma1 wrote:Oh it's about bank of america... not snakes.

Re: BOA rage....
Bank of America absorbed Chase Federal Bank some time ago. I contacted BoA to try to get the money out of my Chase account. They just gave me the runaround for several hours until I quit from frustration.

Exactly! Common sense actually says that he will most likely get every penny of his account back.molotovwars wrote:Don't assume too much information about the situation. Not banking online is not common sense, rather your opinion on the matter.Mod_Man_Extreme wrote:Rule #1: DON'T. BANK. ONLINE.
