Those look like great gaming phones you posted at bottom of page two. Couple of those phones you have pictured does remind me of the PSP GO. There are some posts of a proposed Sony PSP Phone elsewhere on the blogs. Still just a rumor.

Wikipedia reports that a firmware update of the Anycall 5200 makes it capable of playing PSP games in addition to it's built-in NES emulation. Add to that all the emulators the PSP can play... This seems to be the ultimate gaming phone. Too bad there's none on Ebay or anywhere else I looked. The people who got them back in 2007 seemed pretty happy with them.

I'm shocked the Nokia N900 has not been mentioned. It runs maemo (linux) and has quite the emulator and homebrew scene. You can even install a utility that syncs sixaxis controllers. Not to mention the qwerty keyboard!

The N900 is currently the most powerful phone out there. It costs more than twice that of a PS3 :?

Thanks for updating this old thread Septimus. I looked up the N900 on youtube, and there are dozens of videos showing all the cool hacks you can pull off with this device. Too bad it's five hundred and fifty dollars--way out of my price range. Maybe in three years I'll be able to snag a used one on ebay cheap.

Yeah I noticed that the previous reply was months ago after I submitted mine.

I see the N900 on sale cheaper than $500 in many places. It sure beats the $1200 tag the N96 Bruce Lee Edition debuted at
