I'm not too into jazz...I mean I'll listen to it, but I unfortunately don't know my way around it whatsoever. But while listening to the news today, I learned that Hank Jones died, so I figured I'd share that with the jazz lovers on the site. Jones was one of the great jazz pianists, playing with the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Lester Young, and Wes Montgomery. He spent over a decade working for CBS on such shows as the Ed Sullivan Show(even played for Frank Sinatra there) and Captain Kangaroo. If you've ever heard the 1962 recording of Marilyn Monroe singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President," he was the man playing the piano.
