Cheapest way is on the Playstation or on the PS2 Metal Slug Anthology. The Saturn version is better than the PS1, but it's more expensive. If you want it on the Neo, the CD version isn't overly expensive. If you want an AES, a converter for MVS carts and MVS Metal Slug, you're going to be looking at between $500-$1000 probably. Get a consolized MVS instead of an AES and buy MVS games. AES is for seriously wealthy collectors. If not just emulate it.
