Another that I can tell the system (between 2) but Can't find the game at all.

Looks like a Map, reminds of the one in Gamecube METROID or the PS1-PC game DESCENT but with simpler graphics. Not the GBA or NES version since they are 2 dimensional. Does seem of NES era.

HINT 2: It is a spiritual successor to a popular late 80s game that was released on abut 7 different platforms but not the NES, SMS, or Atari 7800.
