Saturn Region Patcher for Vista?

Does anyone know of a Saturn Region Patcher that will work with Vista? I currently use SRP on my XP machine but I do my burning on my Vista machine so its kinda annoying having to region patch a game from the other side of the house :)

any help would be appreciated

Have you tried satconvert?
