Weird and not practical yet, but... N64 repro carts?

I AM talking about those flash chips. I use them for SNES repros all the time. You'd be hard pressed to find anything larger than 32Mb. ST has a 64Mbit flash chip in their catalog, in the same line of the 32Mbit ones that I use, but as I recall it was a 3v chip (and I assume the N64 supplies 5v). I've found info for a 128Mbit TSOP flash chips on the web, but I never seen anything over 32Mbit for sale anywhere. Even then, I think they were 48-pin chips so they wouldn't be directly compatible.
