Anyone have any thoughts on the new EGM?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Anyone have any thoughts on the new EGM?

Post by jfe2 »

I subscribed to the new EGM and have really been enjoying the digital EGMi issues they have been publishing on their site. I was a huge EGM fan, even up until they closed down, so I was happy to see them come back. So far so good in my eyes, as the EGMi issues capture the feel that the magazine had. It's like it never left!

Anyone else subscribe yet?

i also subscribed to the new EGM and it is AWESOME! i'm glad Steve Harris/Sushi X/Dan Hsue, etc are back together again. I'm also digging the new EGMi BUT i still rather have it in a magazine where i can bring it to do my business.

I love the new printed EGM. When I got it, I read my spring 1990 issues and the Spring 2010 issue back to back. What a difference 20 years makes. I'm glad Steve Harris is back. I stopped subscribing to EGM back in 1996 when Sendai publications was sold to ZD. Now I am a subscriber again. Haven't really checked out EGMi yet since my damn iPass codes don't work, I have no idea why.

I bought the new GameFan at Borders, but it seemed like a jumbled mess and it seems to be targeted toward the otaku crowd, IMO.
