Games starring toys

I don't think this has been asked before. The criterion is simple: What is your favourite game starring old-fashioned toys (i.e. no pocket monster, claymation or mecha titles)?

My vote goes to Clockwork Knight. I love the setting and the graphics, and despite the somewhat clunky controls this is a far better game than TT's Toy Story games in my opinion. I also like the first two Army Men games but 3DO screwed up the franchise beyond repair during their final bad years.

I hear good things about Toy Commander, but only managed to play the demo. Is it still worth checking out?

Go-Bots: The Revenge. This needs to happen. It doesn't exist but it gets my vote.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

G.I. Joe on the NES was a good title. I also like a lot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles beat em ups. Lego Star Wars has a decent co-op mode.

But TMNT doesn't count! Sure the show was a vehicle to sell action figures but the ninja turtles aren't toys haha.

Ooooh yeah! A definite must buy exclusive Dreamcast game. Under-rated game. The physics of flying and driving are very good with crazy levels and goals! Also very cool how you can drive that bazooka mounted jeep up the side of the kitchen wall.

There is also a not great but not bad either, obscure PAL Toy Racer release and the Christmas Special on the Dreamcast Magazine Disc.

The Toy Story games were unrivaled, as a kid Toy Story was one of my favorite movies, and the games that followed were some of the best experiences I had when I was a youngin

Not sure of you were adding to my reply. Ahead apologies if I'm wrong.

Toy Commander is unrelated to Toy Story.

Micro machines on the megadrive - me and friends had hours of fun playing that game. I still remember some of the tracks we made.

RC Pro Am. It's the only one I can think of that I've played.
