Either way PS sticks are great they a be used on alot of other machines with converters. I've done one myself but it's only in an old Dreamcast agetec case so it's not a cool as your own, I'd love ot build one from scratch out of wood..

I've looked up addicting but all the online dictionaries redirect to Addicted, which points to it being vernacular language. I know it's not used here in the UK, I find it fascinating that we speak the same language but there are so many differences.

I have to open it up again and I'll let you know. I remember it not looking too hard. Good idea though, because I just remembered I have a PS2 to USB converter. I can make a stick and use it for MAME!

And yeah.. the differences are very vast. Like "Pissed" for you means drunk, and for me it means angry. There are enough English differences inside this country alone.

I appreciate all of your comments, however I think my wire management is terrible. I've seen soon many sticks with really slick and neat work. It's something I want to improve on my next stick.

Wire management comes with time, i've been modding console stuff and working on sticks for years, and only consider mine to be "acceptable". The quality of solder joints themselves and proper labeling/coloring of the wires is more important IMO, especially if future serviceability is in question. "Pad hacks" can only be so pretty, and this is excellent for a first build.

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.
