Theyre like puzzle solving games. You walk around and talk to people and get info and pick up random items that you'll use later. (Example) Like if you find batteries you can use them later when you find a fan and power it to make a sheet fly across a room to scare a gaurd away from a door and then you can go throught the door. Thats just a made up example. But theyre really fun. Discworld for PSX was like that. You should check one out.

Hmm -- sounds interesting. Is it like a LucasArts point and click adventure. Can't think of any on the Genesis, but you obviously have Monkey Island on the Sega CD.

rise of the dragon was pretty great, if you're into that cyberpunk feel ala bladerunner. and of course, snatcher! i've read that jurassic park on sega cd is a graphic adventure too, but i've yet to play it

RB, you've never played a Dizzy game??!!! :o
Get ye to 'Treasure Island Dizzy' at once and don't come back till you're done!

(Play the NES version if you want but for the real old skool vibe it has to be on the Spectrum)

*tisk*... and you call yourself a retro gamer ... *grumble grumble* never played Fantastic Dizzy ... pah ... ;)

I second Rise of the Dragon and Snatcher, although those have a much more adult feel. I don't know if you can handle that, i've seen your videos. ha!

Jurassic Park is an underrated beautiful point and click adventure w/ some puzzles, shootups and other intresting things.

There are more Dizzy series games in Amiga and PC (probably more versions).

Treasure Isle Dizzy is a great game :) Good memories. There should be more games where the main character is an anthropomorphic egg.
