CHECK OUT THIS UBER RARE NES ITEM

Post by retrogamer »

Check out one of the tools in our parents arsenal to keep us from playing our NES when we were bad little boys and girls. Bet this baby would fetch a nice price on Ebay. I'd start searching old stock at your local mom and pop hardeware store for this one. http://www.krunk4ever.com/gallery/v/mis ... k.jpg.html

I remember seeing that in a magazine add. But luckily my family didn't need one. My mah would throw a shoe at us if we played too long.

Same here... and I didn't really get hooked until the Genny. So this dongle wouldn't of helped much. All my mother would do is come in and turn it off; even if I was at the last level in Kid Chameleon (ohhhhh... I still have the taste of blood in my mouth for that one). Sometimes she strait up throw it out the window, lock it in her trunk, give it to the neighbor... grrrrrr.

Luckily for me I had a Famicom as a kid, so that wouldn't have worked.

My dad taking away the AC adapter....that worked. :(
