I would also suggest the letter should highlight a few things that you like about Gamestop then segue into the few issues you have. It's better than being an outright rant fest.
Some potential positives you can mention:
1. multiple locations convenient for you
2. Wide selection of current gen games
3. Very helpful employees (mention 1 or 2 by name). Yeah, I know there are some jerks but let's ignore those for now.
