How do you mean? You mean put them up on the message board? You have to use the [img]*[/img] tags to do it, with the URL of the picture between. If the image is on your harddrive, you'll have to upload it to a website like imageshack, and then post the picture's URL between the image tags.

We don't have any. For PHPBB3 it requires an additional plugin. As does Strikethrough. It's quite simple to code it in manually (I have a lot of experience in PHP web design) but we don't have it installed in this current build of the website.
