I have no personal knowledge of the situation, but unpluggedclone apparently is not an unbiased party.

Seems like most of the replies are in favor of racketboy.

Man, if you really are going to take the time to visit another forum and then report what you don't like about it to another- you need to take a break from the internet. It's like he's looking for 'anonymous validation' from people he has never met. It's about as rude as talking behind someones back.

He probably just got butthurt from somebody who slammed him for starting a thread that already existed. Oh well, he shouldn't be a quitter and whine about it on another site.

I'll state this again, just so it's cleared up. We banned UnpluggedClone in December, 2009, because we determined he was operating multiple accounts for the purpose of getting around the B/S/T rules, spamming auctions, and jumping into fights his other accounts were in to attack opposing parties with multiple people.

We did this based off comments he made in posts concerning knowledge he should not have had, analyzing the language of his posts, monitoring what eBay accounts he was linking to for selling purposes, and tracing his ip address. We banned three accounts as a result.

It would appear that six months later he still holds a grudge and chooses to express us by blasting us on other websites. Very well, it's actually rather nice reading all of the positive comments from the community over there. I'm glad so many folks get something out of our articles. That's the reason we write them. As for the few who criticize us, only one has an valid complaints, and he's right to voice them. I just ask that you all realize that playing every game we talk about can be difficult. Some are quite rare and/or expensive, and emulation is not always an option or an acceptable solution.

I've recently begun attempting to find people in our community with more knowledge and experience in a given area when I write articles, so hopefully if that one individual decides to come back, he'll find the articles are better. We also will go back and edit or rewrite information if we discover it's wrong, which has happened. I've been burned on misinformation from sites I trusted more than once while writing for here(and this reminds me that I've needed to make a few edits for a while on one article...yeesh).

Either way, I feel we've got a great community, and apparently quite a few folks over at DP like our site, which is a good feeling. We won't go about the web censoring criticism of our site, it's normal to be criticized on the Internet. But I certainly hope that UnpluggedClone isn't attempting to violate rules over at Digit Press, and would caution anyone attempting to trade with him.

I agree, and I'm glad that they like the podcast too!

Like I said in the previous page of this thread, I have nothing but positive things to say about DP. Their forums are a great resource of information, their founder is a great guy who's passionate about classic gaming, and their community seems to be as level headed as ours. I've considered joining over there a few times, but since I have a tendency to go whole hog when I join a forum, I don't think I can devote my time to another!

I hope he's learned his lesson after getting booted from here for some very good reasons. Maybe he'll be a productive member of their site...but I'd be wary. The fact that he's interested in badmouthing this site elsewhere means that he's probably still hell bent on being an immature twat, which makes his professed love for the "respect" found at DP quite ironic.

If anyone is curious enough to want to see some of the shenanigans he was up to under that name when he was here: search.php?author_id=8426&sr=posts

Again, that's just one of his accounts. He was also here under the names Alpinex2 (search.php?author_id=7904&sr=posts) and GarbagePailKid (search.php?author_id=8228&sr=posts). Not everything is inflammatory of course, but the amount of threadcrapping and hostility in those posts was more than enough to warrant a boot.

My wife enjoys Warioware Smooth Moves, Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz (the party games), Wii Fit +, and some of the stuff on Wii Sports. She also had fun with De Blob for a bit.

I've been meaning to pick up Bloom Box for her forever - is the sequel much better than the original? Which should I get?

hmm...

I have been on the forums world for a long time, in different languages, and different topics . This is honestly one of the most mature and helpful forums out there,
I am not sure why any one would be upset with racketboy, its fantastic

I just signed myself for an account over there since it looks interesting. As I was registering, one of the last questions was:

Can you do math?
What is (400-78+56-28+150-15 +10) * 2?

Never seen anything like that before beyond the simple 2+2 type verification questions.
