Well look at that, Luke is asking for your suggestions.

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Well look at that, Luke is asking for your suggestions.

Post by Luke »

Hello.

So this is unusual for me. Not just this post, but the situation as well.

My Birthday is on 5/20, and for the life of me, I have no idea what I want. Some of the guys here know me fairly well, and sticking with the theme of retro games, would love some opinions on games I should ask for.

So this is about games people. Suggest someones that I should ask for.

My backlog: http://www.backloggery.com/limbrunner

I really enjoy challenging and fast paced games like Ninja Gaiden, Shatterhand, Battletoads, etc. Just throw out a few suggestions, and if it isn't too much trouble, check to make sure I don't already own it.

Thanks Duders.

You know, it's funny. My plan was to suggest "Deus Ex" when I saw the thread title, before I saw the content. Now let's see if it's still a valid suggestion.

<checks Backloggery>

Deus Ex

Lucky! I wish I can request specific birthday gifts, but my age doesn't really allow that without looking juvenile.

Anyway, I was playing Trojan last night for NES and realized it was a pretty good game.
It's a hack n slash from capcom. Most of what I'd suggest is already on your list.

Ninja Spirit for VC (TG16) is a great game, but I guess you can't really ask for a download.

I don't see Metalstorm on your list. Without a doubt that is my suggestion.

Nice! Love the reference. Consider it on my list.

Added to the list.

I'll look into that.
Ack wrote:Cybernator, SNES

Both added to the list.

I own MK2 on a "best of Midway" game, but not on snes. I feel shame.

Great list so far. Keep 'em coming.

Odin Sphere - PS2
Contra III - SNES

I checked, pretty sure you don't own them.
