everyone chime in! these can be video-game related or related to other forms of media, but let's keep a clear distinction between actual and fictional (i.e. ones you just made up yourself).

Gwar immediately comes to mind.

with names like Slymenstra Hymen, The Sexecutioner and Balsac and the Jaws of Death, you cant go wrong.
