girl or video game?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Where are you from?

How old are you?

How long have you been with your girlfriend?

Is she pregnant?

Dump a girl who does not respect your interests as long as they are not obsessive/compulsive.

if i had a quarter for every time i thought i loved a girl i would be a millionaire.

im just kidding. but point is, drop the girl like a bad habit. never rearrange your life for a girl, but ALWAYS rearrange your life for video games.

Dump a girl who gives attention to such a lowly matter as videogames when you clearly have a much more pressing issue with verb tenses.

Dump her. I am married with 1 kid. If your girlfriend/spouse doesnt support you in something you love or at least LEAVE you alone. Then its not worth it. Many other women out in the world. Dont get hung up on this one. Unless she is rich. lol

Granted if playing video games takes all of my time and i dont pay attention to my family then that is a different story.

My girlfriend never really used to play many games other than Tetris and Halo 3; poor lass didn't know what she was doing...

Obviously, I talked about games a lot when we first started going out as I'm not ashamed of my hobby. Of course, she would tell me that her dad used to play gameboy games with her and that she remebered playing NES at her friend's house etc. So I bought her a PSone and a few games. She fell in love with Final Fantasy XI and the rest is history. As of now, we both go game hunting together and enjoy playing co-op games together and all that.

The bottom line is that your interests and hobbies are what define you as a person, and if this girl of yours doesn't like that then she doesn't really like you and you'll never truely get along. There's plenty more fish in the sea, and the world won't end tomorrow, there's time, trust.

Yeah, tell her to take a hike. Video games, in moderation, are a great hobby. Any girl with a brain should actually appreciate a guy for playing games. If a guy is playing a game he's at home. Not in a bar or anywhere that he can get in trouble.

Of course this is all assuming you're not some wide-eyed, sleep deprived World of War Kraft addict who would rather sit in his own fecal matter than leave his computer for a couple of minutes.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Well, of course, there's bound to be some "special" ladies ou there that would find such activities quite attracting for a young man to be doing.
