Are you running a Greek/Euro specific Steam? Maybe the update isn't in your region yet?ZeroAX wrote:already done that (I'm not an idiot you know..... at least I think so.... hope so...)Niode wrote:You need to check for updates and then click the restart steam button.ZeroAX wrote:besides the store tab I don't see any difference. It could still technically not be updated for a Greece client, as I'm pretty sure you guys would get the same localization as Canada (essentially the US client pulled through a 'ou' filter).Niode wrote:Nope. I have the Steam update too. It's worldwide.Hobie-wan wrote:

don't think there is a "Greek" version of the client, since everything is in English. As I've told you in my first post, the store changed, but the games tab remains unchanged. So I'm sure I've updated my steam client. Question is why nothing changed in the games tab.

That's definitely the old client. The store page is different because the store is just a web page, so when they changed the page to suit the new aesthetic it "changed" for you. Looks like you aren't updated; either you haven't downloaded it yet or you haven't restated Steam yet.

WTF. I checked 3 times since yesterday. I kept pressing check for updates and it told me it's updated. and now I click on it and it says there is an update. Ah valve you and your buggy software (still waiting for my TF2 gold medal).MrPopo wrote:That's definitely the old client. then again what do you expect from former microsoft employs
EDIT and yup it won't download the final 10Kbytes of data to update the client.
EDIT 2 nvm finally worked.

anyway this is overkill valve. Waaaaaaaaayyyyyy too much information in one place, and it's not even tidy. I don't need to see achievements, news and a wallpaper in one place.
