That B B Hood from Darkstalkers, she's a twisted little demon bounty hunter. It's implied she was traumatized by her grandmother being eaten by a wolf and seems to have a particular hatred towards J Talbain, the game's werewolf character. So she's essentially an effed up Little Red Riding Hood
