A pdf would pretty much defeat the whole purpose of having a physical product to collect.
I was guessing it might be in the $15 range for an issue, but I even see imported magazines at borders for that much. I hadn't even thought about advertising, I guess it would depend on how many people actually buy the magazine. If only 100 people are buying an issue I doubt anyone would want to advertise, but you never know. All stuff to think about. It was just a sudden idea that popped into my head.
