Sad thing is, I've spoken to a few of the guys who run around setting up Comcast cable in people's homes. They have one saving grace for working at Comcast: "At least it's not Charter."

I completely agree. I pay $73 a month for their service and I barely even use my phone. I'd switch plans but my 2-year plan has expired and so I'm month to month until I find a better deal elsewhere.
