Do you burn games from Roms? I really have no idea how this works. Would anyone be willing to walk me throught this. And do i need a special Dreamcast or a mod chip or something?
Well theres a guide to burning Dreamcast games on a PC here

This might give you a starting point although I have no idea what software is available for Mac. Roms come in a couple of different file formats, however they are all some kind of disc image and can be burned using your normal CD burning software. Whatever you use, open an image or a saved project and burn the file to a disc as slowly as possible.
I dont personally own a Dreamcast but I beleive that you only need a bootdisc to play copied games. You can probably get these from these from the same place as you get your roms from

Follow this guide and it should link you to everything you need. On a side note, I am currently working on some tools to make it easier than this stupid guide (aka automatic). I stopped because my dvd burner died. I just got the new one, so I'm gonna work on it.
