1-star according to Ebert.. Think I'll pass.

Speaking of Ebert he's a mixed bag. Sometimes I totally agree with his reviews, but other times.. Clash of the Titan a 3-star movie? Oh well..
I can't remember the last time ebert gave a 1 star review to a fairly well reviewed movie. Lately I've actually noticed that he's been giving much higher reviews to seemingly inferior movies. Either way, I'm still going to see it. Too many people have already recommended this movie for me to just ignore it.

Repo: The Genetic Opera. Watched it once and couldn't get into it. Watched it a second time and I love it. Very strange. Not perfect acting, singing, script, dialogue, but it all comes together for a pretty decent and fun movie.

Just saw Hot Tub Time Machine. It was surprisingly fun, although I often times enjoy movies when I go in expecting the worst. Then again, I went in expecting the worst for Saw V, and it still sucked.

Anyway... not as good as The Hangover, but still fun.

If you like it, get the album. The Deluxe Edition, though.

I just realized I haven't posted any reviews here since way back at the end of February when I was binging on all the Oscar films. In fact, I have maybe watched two movies since then....time to get back into my movie backlog!

Red Heat. Arnold wasn't the least bit convincing as a Soviet cop in this campy 1988 buddy-cop actioner.. But that only made it more worthwhile. I wonder how many like this I am yet to discover.
