I'm leaving tomorrow at 11am, going to Reading to that retro shop mentioned in this thread, then Philly to get cheesesteaks and see the city, back to the Inn at Reading to drink/play games all night and then con on Sunday. So pumped.

If you are going to the Pat's/Geno's intersection for a cheesesteak, Pat's is the way to go. Don't let Geno's nicer looking building fool you. They are both fine cheesesteaks, but Pat's is easily better.

I think we might try both but no worries, I did my research. I heard Pat's is the originator.

Had a lot of fun today - met Trog and Weasels, but not you Cronson. Did you make it?

I thought it went fairly well for a first attempt at doing it live. I'll let others chime in though, as they would probably be more objective.

the whole con was a blast but your panel was great. even my friends enjoyed themselves with the live podcast. (i didn't think they would). i also got to play the odyssey 2 which i have never before hand. i don't think you'll have anything to worry about when it comes to if you did good or not. it was really cool meeting you in person...but who was trog? was he at the panel?

Yeah, sorry I missed you guys. I was with my friend that I brought and could just tell he wasn't into it. He said before the con that he's a collector but then once we walked in and started looking around, he told me he didn't feel like a collector anymore. I think he was really out of his element and overwhelmed. So yeah, I sort of had to babysit him. We drove all the way from Richmond so I wanted to make sure he had a good time. Sort of sucked for me though.

I can't wait to listen to the podcast. Really excited to hear it. And I can't wait for the next big con on the east coast.

sorry i missed you guys at the con, i was out of town for the day, but hope everyone enjoyed themselves. I actually met up with trog saturday for a transaction. Didn't know we lived so close to each other (30 min from each other) He's pretty decent and really gave me the hookup on NES games he traded with me for a 8 GB SD card. Which reminds me, i need to head over the the transaction sticky and give him props.

So they are having the con again next month - September 19th @ 10am. I'll be doing a live Racketboy podcast again as one of the panels.

Who else is going this time? It'd be cool to get a crew together for lunch :D
