In his earlier post, he was acting like it was common knowledge when he said "I assume you know it's a hadouken." But everyone knows that if you're getting a tattoo of the more obscure Gameboy version, you've got to do some added explanation up front, since it's probably the last version of Street Fighter II that would come into anyone's mind.
On the bright side, it's not too late for the poster to suddenly develop a life-long attachment to Sagat's low/slow Tiger Shot. Go with that.

It just says "dragon". I got it because I was born in the year of the dragon and I thought it would be cool. I do not really like it now but I can live with it.
