PSO on DC possible splitscreen or system link?

Post by krunkfu2 »

Anyone know if it is possible to play PSO on the DC via splitscreen? is there someway I can play with two people in the same game if I link two DCs and am using two copies of the game(either original or V2)?

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions

I'm pretty sure it's single local player only.

You could always try setting up your own local PSO server using the unofficial software from schtserv.com, but you'd still need a display per Dreamcast.

No luck. Here's a great list of what is what. Shows the link ones too.

I think Gamecube PSO had split screen. Sadly its considered "rare" and can cost you quite a bit.

I can confirm this. 4 player offline split screen PSO on the Gamecube was very fun. There are 2 versions of PSO for the Gamecube and the latter one (the "Plus" version) is likely more expensive.
