Right on, Samurai Shodown Anthology!! :D I wonder if it would give you the option to play the Japanese versions of the games...?

I wonder what will be included in the SNK Arcade Classics? :)

Wow. So many great games coming out. I'll be grabbing everything on 360 arcade, achievements add a lot of replay value to a game. That collection for PSP has a lot of potential as well. Viva la SNK renaissance!

Here's some info on the SNK Arcade Classics: Volume 1 that's on IGN. The collection should be coming out sometime midway through 2008.

The titles to be included are:
"
* Art of Fighting - the first game in SNK's second fighting-game franchise, set in the same universe as Fatal Fury
* Baseball Stars 2 - a baseball game (not set in space)
* Burning Fight - New York detectives battle organized crime in this side-scrolling brawler
* Fatal Fury - first released in 1991, Fatal Fury introduced the two-plane fighting system.
* King of Fighters '94 - the original
* King of the Monsters - off-brand Godzilla
* Last Resort - a horizontal shooter
* Magician Lord - a magical platformer
* Metal Slug - you know it, you love it
* Neo Turf Masters - SNK's second golf game
* Samurai Shodown - 2D blade fighting
* Sengoku - side-scrolling brawler set in feudal Japan
* Shock Troopers - in this run-and-gun adventure, players save a scientist and his granddaughter from the Bloody Scorpions
* Top Hunter - side-scrolling action starring Bounty hunters Roddy and Cathy
* Super Sidekicks 3 - soccer
* World Heroes - 2D fighter starring historical figures in a tournament enabled by time travel
"

Wish they'd put out the third Sengoku game. I'd love to play that

SNK can't blow their load juyst yet, it 's vol. 1. I wonder if SNK will go back further in the vault and get some Psycho Soldier, Guerrilla War, Ikari Warriors...maybe they can be bonus games!

That's a great game indeed, I've been playing a lot of it on MAME recently.
SNK really made some classic games in the 80s and 90s, I've got loads for MAME. Titles like The Last Blade, Shock Troopers, Mark of the Wolves and KOF 98 get regular play on my PC. Really need to get a pad though as I've been using the keys.

I've always wanted a proper sequel to Snk vs. Capcom MotM for the neo geo pocket color. I mean with Olympic mode and everything. That's my favorite fighter hands down on ANY system.
